Featured Wine of the Evening: FRONTENAC
Relax and enjoy a six course meal featuring our Frontenac wine. You'll experience four different styles of the same cold-climate grape varietal - all in one amazing meal!
Roast Duck will be the headliner sided by steamed broccoli and fingerling potatoes, lightly drizzled with a Frontenac sauce.
The evening will begin around 5:30 with a glass of sparkling wine, handed to you as you enter and mingle among friends in The Cellar. Seating will begin at 6:20 and the first course will consist of Roasted Beet and Arugula Salad with dressing derived from our Frontenac wine. The second course will be Crostini with Tapenade and Gruyere, followed by Classic Tomato Soup topped with Feta and Focaccia. After the main course, you'll be treated by Chef Tyler with his Amuse-Bouche - a little surprise of his choice! And finally, for dessert - a Caramel and Sea Salt topped Chocolate Brownie with Toasted Walnut and Black Cherry Sauce, served with our Port Wine.
You will have the pleasure of listening to Winemaker Josh, and Chef Tyler, educate you about how the foods complement the wine and how the wine complements the food.
